The offices of veteran journalist Victor Mambor's West Papuan news portal (https://en.jubi.id/) were firebombed on October 16, 2024 and its journalists face discrimination, threats and arrest just for doing their job. But they persist. Indonesia has a lot to hide in West Papua and that is why they ban foreign media there, he told Green Left.
