West Papua History is a wiki for West Papua and West Papuan events. A resource, which over time, should become increasingly valuable for everyone not just students and journalists.
For articles discussing other topics, please use whichever title seems the most appropriate. But, for news stories, whether national, local, or family events for which you feel there should be a record, please prefix those titles with a date for the occurrence in a year-month-date format such as 2025-10-29, e.g. 2024-10-16 victor mambor office ; and when the day or month are uncertain replace them with a 00.
Elsewhere on this host (wpik.org) you're already find hundreds of international news articles concerning West Papua, from 1910 to 2010; and at the AWPA blogsite you'll find daily reports since 2011. They'll just out of context and not indexed, therefore not meaningful for the majority of people unless somebody does put a number of the news stories into one of the meaningful stories about West Papua.
After you've registered, how do you create a new article? Search for the title, and if it does not already exist, there will be a red link to create the page/article.
